  • Yangon

     Yangon is the largest city of Myanmar. Yangon International Airport and Mandalay International Airport are the main gateways and there are regular daily flights to Yangon from Bangkok and Singapore. 

    Yangon is a place full of places to visit as it is still maintains its colonial charm with wide tree lined avenues, tranquil lakes, and gracious turn of the century architecture. The city has a variety of interesting sectors such as ancient pagodas, beautiful parks, stunning images and museums. There are also attractive places around Yangon, where people can tour a day-trip. 

    The magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda dominates the city skyline, while at street level Yangon is a paradise for hunting out a variety of exotic arts and crafts. Of particular interest in the many shops of Scott Market, and of world renown, are Myanmar’s precious stones – rubies, sapphires and jade. Bogyoke Market, where most of the Myanmmar made souvenirs are available. Traditional art & crafts such as Lacquer ware, Paintings, Antiques, Tapestries, Textile, Souvenirs At night time Chinatown comes alive with its pungent aromas and delicious street food. 

  • Mandalay

     Mandalay is the historical old capital, a capital of Myanmar culture, Buddhist Sasana and Myanmar traditional arts and crafts, with the life span of one hundred and forty two years, a city which abounds in historical sites, cultural memorials and Buddhist edifices. Accordingly, it is the richest historical landmark next to Bagan. 

    Mandalay, as the center of Myanmar culture, was outstanding in the past, it holds the stage now; and it will continue to be a place of pride in the future. It is Myanmar's second largest city. There are daily domestic flights from Yangon to Mandalay. Mandalay now has an International airport so there are also flights from other countries directly landing to Mandalay 

    The principal cultural and economic city of upper Myanmar, and former royal capital, Mandalay still evokes images of a romantic bygone era. The royal palace and its impressive surrounding moat sits at the foot of the imposing Mandalay Hill. Positioned on the banks of the mighty Ayeryarwaddy River, Mandalay lies within easy striking distance of former colonial hill stations, ancient cities and other cultural attractions. 

    Mandalay is full of variety to do shopping. The new Mandalay Zaycho is the main market place in Mandalay. You can get almost anything from there. 

  • Bagan

     Bagan is the main tourist attraction in Myanmar. One of the richest archaeological sites in Asia, is located on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwaddy River. Also being the capital of first Myanmar Empire. Bagan covers an area of 42 containing over 2000 well-preserved pagodas and temoles of the 11th- 13th century. 

    There are daily flights between Yangon and Bagan which take an hour and ten minutes. There are also express flights from Mandalay and Heho to Bagan, which take only 20 minutes. 

    One of the most remarkable archaeological sights in Asia,the magic of Bagan has inspired visitors to Myanmar for nearly 1,000 years. Once the centre of a glorious kingdom, ancient temples dot the landscape as far as the eye can see. Today, apart from spectacular sunset views and serene river cruises, Bagan is also the centre of the expanding Myanmar lacquer ware industry.

     Horse carts are popular ways travelling around Bagan. Visitors can also hire bicycles at some hotels and guest houses to roam around. The charges are taken per hour service. Ferry boats can also be hired to flow in the Ayeyarwaddy. The ferry stand is near the Bu Pagoda. The views from the Ayeyarwaddy is also an interesting way to explore Bagan. 

  • Inle 

    Just a short plane flight away from Yangon in the cool green highlands of Shan State, and yet seemingly worlds apart from the rest of Myanmar, lies Inle Lake in as area of outstanding natural beauty. 

    The lake is full of floating vegetations and houses. The lake dwellers are one-legged rowers. They are well-known for it. They are called as "Inthar" meaning people of the lake. There are about 18 villages around the lake. Colorful hill tribes inhabit the surrounding fertile valleys and forested mountaintops, and their hand-woven silks are a specialty of the region. 

    The floating water hyacinth are the major products of this region. Many hand made products such as bags, baskets are made from water hyacinth. The silk dresses and clothes of Inle are popular among local and foreign visitors.
